Professional Journey and Philosophy:

My passion for training and fitness was inspired by a competitive background in basketball, football, and track & field during my youth. Achieving accolades such as Outstanding Young Pacer and recognition on the All-County and All-State teams in track fueled my desire for excellence. After joining the military, I discovered boxing, which soon became my true calling. Over the course of more than 70 amateur bouts, I earned four Georgia Golden Gloves titles (2002, 2004, 2005, 2006) and, in 2005, won the Southern Golden Gloves championship, along with Best Fight of the Tournament honors. I transitioned to professional boxing in 2007, marking a significant milestone in my career.

The success I found in sports and boxing opened the door to opportunities in coaching and training. As demand for my expertise grew, Wright Way Fitness was born. I expanded my services by hosting fitness boot camps for a variety of organizations in Columbus, Georgia, including Imagination Too Daycare @ Aflac, The Hughston Clinic & Jack Hughston Hospital, Crosspointe Church, and St. Francis Hospital. Additionally, I trained and managed several televised boxing events, featured on networks such as Unimas, ESPN, and Showtime.

Beyond fitness, I have been a dedicated mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Columbus, Georgia. My passion for inspiring others led me to serve as a mentor, where I was honored to receive the Big Brother of the Year award in 2008.

As a husband, father, and business owner, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy life with the need for physical fitness. My approach to training emphasizes setting realistic goals while pushing clients to achieve their full potential. I am committed to providing the education, motivation, and accountability necessary to help clients adopt a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. My goal is to empower each individual with the tools and guidance they need to transform their health and well-being.

My philosophy revolves around continuous personal and professional growth. I am dedicated to enhancing my expertise as a personal trainer to deliver dynamic and engaging workouts that drive lasting change. Together, we will improve your quality of life through challenging, yet enjoyable, training sessions. Remember: “Think it, Speak it, Do it, and Be it.” Your dreams are within reach, and success is a reflection of the effort you invest.
